Safety is an essential element of your rental
Here are some navigation rules to follow in order to fully enjoy your trip along the Erdre or the Sèvre nantaise.
1 – You never have priority over other boats and oars.
2 – Navigation must be carried out in the middle of the river. In some places, a channel exists and is marked by red and green buoys. Pass through the middle of the central pillars of bridges.
3 – When you encounter other boats, keep to your right.
4 – You may overtake if your boat allows it. In this case, do so on the left and at a safe distance.
5 – It is strictly forbidden to enter the Saint-Felix tunnel as well as all tributaries of the Erdre or the Sèvre nantaise. In Nantes, it is forbidden to go toward the city center and to circle the Île de Versailles.
